Energetic and driven, we were thrilled when Andros Desir came back home to Aim High as our Director of Recruiting and coach. A Liberty University graduate in Pre-Law, Mr. Desir is always excited to take on the next challenge and push our team forward.

Coach Gerald Ernst Jr is the founder of the Aim High basketball camp system and the Aim High basketball philosophy. He has spent three decades in the classroom and on the basketball court. His resume includes starting the first charter school in Michigan, over 600 basketball wins, and overseeing hundreds of student-athletes go on the play sports at the next level.

Stephen Ernst is the founder of the former Aim High Basketball Academy in Lansing, Michigan which grew into the 5-court complex Aim High Sports. He is an outstanding recruiter, floor coach, and player development coach, and an integral part of the Aim High International program.
